TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Use of precious deliveries website and the sale and purchase of goods from our site are governed by the below terms and conditions:
1. All goods are sold subject to availability. Both price and availability information is subject to change without notice, any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price.
2. All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling.
3. Colours and product description may vary slightly from those shown on the website.
4. We reserve the right to substitute items for others of equal or greater value.
5. No contract exists between yourselves and precious deliveries, until we accept the order by taking payment for the goods.
6. We maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.
Payments:
7. We accept payment via the internet or cheque. Payment must be made in British pounds sterling.
8. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Switch.
9. If you would like to place your order by phone, please call 01707 375998 Monday to Saturday between 9.00am and 6pm. Orders placed on weekends/bank holidays will not be processed until the next working day.
10. Once your cheque has cleared (usually this takes 5 working days) we will dispatch your gift.
Refunds:
11 . If you are unhappy in anyway with your purchase, you may return the goods to us for a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days.
12. If you would like to return your purchase to us, please contact us to advise us of the return. 13. Goods must be returned to us via recorded delivery and all tracking numbers should be retained to ensure that the goods do reach us. Once we have received the returned goods a full refund will be issued.
14. The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the event that the product has been used, or any products that we have made or customised specifically for you.
15. We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our control, including: accidents, explosion, flood, fire and industrial disputes.
