In order to help keep our cost as low as possible, precious deliveries will hand deliver any item ordered from our site for free, providing the address comes under our local catchment area (see below).

Mainland UK delivery:
We aim to dispatch orders either same day or next working day, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Please allow as much time as possible to avoid disappointment and allow between 2-5 working days, on our standard deliveries. Or use our next working day service, for orders placed before 12pm. If you do require the gift for a specific date please alert us to this, when you place your order. And we will endeavour to assist.
